Flights, luggage, walking pace and post-flight energy can all affect what makes sense on the day.

Arrival & Waiting Time Up to 80 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands is included for immigration, baggage collection and meeting your guide. Additional waiting may incur an extra charge.
Flight Delays If your arrival is delayed, the route may need to be shortened or adjusted. A major delay may make the tour impractical.
Luggage Luggage can normally travel with you, but quantity and size affect practical passenger capacity.
Walking The vehicle moves us between areas. Marina Bay, heritage districts, markets and gardens are explored on foot.
Heat & Post-Flight Fatigue Singapore can be hot and humid. After a long-haul flight, a focused route may be more enjoyable than trying to see everything.
Your Onward Flight Comes First Traffic, weather and operating conditions can affect the day. Sightseeing may be adjusted or shortened when necessary to protect the planned return to Changi.

Is waiting time after my flight lands included?
Yes. Up to 80 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands is included, allowing time for immigration, baggage collection and meeting your guide. Additional waiting beyond the included period may incur an extra charge.
What happens if my arriving flight is delayed?
The remaining sightseeing window will be reassessed. Where practical, the route can be shortened or adjusted so that sufficient time remains for your onward journey. If the delay reduces the connection below a safe practical window, the tour may no longer be able to proceed.
What happens to our luggage?
Luggage can normally travel with you in the vehicle. Please provide the number and approximate size of your bags when enquiring because luggage quantity affects practical passenger capacity.
Can we stop for food during the tour?
Yes. A local food stop can be included within your booked tour time. The location will depend on your route, interests and available time. Meals, snacks and drinks are paid separately.
Can I customise the sightseeing route?
Yes, within the available time. Tell me which places or experiences interest you most. The route and pace can be adjusted around your interests, energy level and conditions on the day, while the return to Changi remains the priority.
Can children join and are child seats available?
Yes. A child seat can be arranged on request, subject to availability. Please mention the child’s age when enquiring so the appropriate arrangement can be considered.
What if there are more than 4 guests?
The prices shown are for a private group of up to 4 guests. Larger groups can also be arranged with an appropriate vehicle. Please send your group size and luggage details so the practical transport arrangement can be checked.
How far in advance should I book?
Advance booking is recommended because guide, vehicle and timing availability all need to match your arrival and departure schedule.
