Because each tour is privately reserved and carefully planned around your schedule, the following terms apply:

• More than 7 days before the tour — Full refund
• 3–7 days before the tour — 50% of total tour price applies
• Less than 72 hours / No-show — No refund

Singapore’s weather is tropical and short showers are common, so tours are designed to run smoothly in most conditions.

• Light rain — Tours continue as planned (umbrellas provided and sheltered stops included)
• Passing showers — Route may be adjusted slightly for comfort
• Heavy or prolonged storms at the start — A reschedule will be offered where possible

Once the tour has started, it will proceed with adjustments where needed. Weather conditions do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

No. Travel insurance is not included.

Guests are strongly advised to have their own personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and personal belongings.

Guests participate in the tour at their own discretion and are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and well-being.

This includes following instructions, being aware of surroundings, and assessing their own physical limits.

Singapore has efficient emergency services.

Assistance will be sought immediately, but any medical or related costs remain the responsibility of the guest.
