Tour Terms & Conditions

Before You Book
These Terms & Conditions apply to private walking tours, private car tours, airport layover tours, customised tours and other experiences arranged through Singapore In A Day Adventures.
By confirming a booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings & Confirmation
A tour is not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Singapore In A Day Adventures.
Availability is subject to the requested date, guide availability, vehicle availability where applicable, and other operational requirements.
Payment
A 30% deposit is generally required to secure your booking. The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 7 days before the tour unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of the tour require full payment at confirmation.

Tour Prices
Prices are based on the agreed tour duration, number of guests, transport requirements, itinerary and any other arrangements confirmed at the time of booking.
Requests made after confirmation that increase the duration, transport requirements, number of guests or scope of the tour may result in additional charges.
Cancellation by the Guest
The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
For cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour, amounts paid above the deposit may be refundable, subject to any non-refundable vehicle, ticket or third-party costs.
For cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the tour, 50% of the total booking price is non-refundable or payable.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour, 100% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Vehicle, Tickets & Third-Party Costs
Private vehicle tours and some customised tours require transport, attraction tickets or other services to be reserved in advance.
Once a vehicle, ticket or other third-party service becomes non-refundable, that cost may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.
Changes Requested by Guests
Requests to change the tour date, start time, duration, pickup location, group size or major itinerary arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation.
Changes that create additional guide time, vehicle time, transport requirements, tickets or other costs may require additional payment.
Late Arrival & Tour Duration
Your booked tour time begins at the agreed starting time.
If you arrive late, the tour may need to be shortened in order to finish at the originally agreed ending time.
Where operationally possible, additional time may be arranged, but additional charges may apply.
Airport Layover Tours
Layover tours require sufficient time for immigration, baggage arrangements where applicable, travel between Changi Airport and the city, sightseeing and a safe return to the airport before the onward flight.
A 6-hour layover does not mean 6 hours of sightseeing. Actual touring time depends on immigration, baggage collection, traffic, terminal requirements and the time required to return safely for the onward flight.
Singapore In A Day Adventures may shorten, modify or decline a layover itinerary where the available time is considered insufficient for a safe return to Changi Airport.
Flight Delays & Travel Disruptions
If your arrival is delayed, please contact Singapore In A Day Adventures as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, the itinerary may be adjusted to accommodate the remaining available time.
Delays caused by airlines, immigration, baggage handling, missed connections or other circumstances outside our control do not automatically entitle the guest to a full refund.
Weather
Singapore’s weather can change quickly. Tours generally operate in light rain and normal tropical weather conditions.
Where necessary, the itinerary may be adjusted to include sheltered locations, indoor attractions or alternative stops.
Weather alone does not automatically qualify a booking for a refund if the tour can reasonably and safely proceed.
Itinerary Changes
Suggested itineraries are intended as a guide and may be adjusted according to traffic, weather, attraction closures, crowd conditions, operating hours, local events, security restrictions or other circumstances on the day.
Admission Fees, Food & Personal Expenses
Unless specifically stated as included in your confirmed booking, attraction admission fees, meals, drinks, shopping and other personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
Private Vehicles
Vehicle type and capacity depend on the confirmed number of guests, luggage requirements and availability.
Guests must provide accurate information about group size and luggage before the booking is confirmed.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they hold the appropriate passport, visa, immigration permission and other travel documents required to enter or transit Singapore.
Guests should also inform Singapore In A Day Adventures before the tour of any mobility considerations or other requirements that may affect the practical operation of the itinerary.
Third-Party Attractions & Services
Singapore In A Day Adventures is not responsible for changes, cancellations, closures, delays or service failures caused by independent attractions, transport providers, restaurants or other third-party businesses.
Safety & Conduct
Guests are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions provided during the tour.
Singapore In A Day Adventures reserves the right to modify or end a tour where continuing would create a serious safety risk or where abusive, threatening or unlawful behaviour makes continuation unreasonable.
Events Outside Our Control
Singapore In A Day Adventures will not be responsible for delays, itinerary changes or inability to provide part of a tour caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control.
These may include severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, security incidents, public events, transport disruption, attraction closures or other unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
Singapore In A Day Adventures will take reasonable care in planning and delivering the services confirmed in your booking.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Singapore In A Day Adventures is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, injury or additional expense resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from independent third-party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Privacy & Personal Data
Personal information provided in connection with an enquiry, payment or booking will be handled in accordance with the Singapore In A Day Adventures Privacy Policy.
Booking Acknowledgement
By making the required payment and confirming your tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions together with the specific arrangements provided for your booking.
