Private car tours offer air-conditioned comfort, cover more ground, and include hotel pick-up and drop-off.
How Long Are The Tours, And Can They Be Customised?
4–6 hours — Perfect for layovers or short trips
8 hours — Ideal for first-time visitors

How Do I Confirm My Booking, And When Should I Book?
• A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Confirmed once payment is received via WhatsApp or email.
• Book 2 weeks in advance for weekends & public holidays.

Selected tours offer a Book Now, Pay Later option.

Cancellation & Weather

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
More than 7 days — Full refund
3–7 days — 50% refund
Less than 3 days / No-show — No refund
What Happens If It Rains?
Light rain — tours continue (umbrellas available).

Heavy storms — itinerary may be adjusted or rescheduled for safety and comfort.

Safety & Insurance

Is Travel Insurance Included?
No. Travel insurance is not included.

Guests are strongly advised to have their own personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and personal belongings.
Who Is Responsible For Safety During The Tour?
Guests participate in the tour at their own discretion and are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and well-being.

This includes following instructions, being aware of surroundings, and assessing their own physical limits.
What Happens In Case Of A Medical Emergency?
Singapore has efficient emergency services.

Assistance will be sought immediately, but any medical or related costs remain the responsibility of the guest.

What Are The Accepted Payment Methods?
• PayNow / PayLah! — No fee
• Local credit / debit card — ~3% fee
• PayPal domestic — ~4% fee
• International card / PayPal — 4–5% fee + FX
• Bank transfer (local) — No fee
• International bank transfer — Depends on your bank

Practical Details

What Should I Wear Or Bring For The Tour?
Wear light, breathable clothing and comfortable walking shoes.

I recommend bringing water, sunscreen, a hat, and a small umbrella. Singapore is hot and humid year-round.
Are Food And Drinks Included In The Tour?
Food and drinks are not included unless stated otherwise.

You are free to purchase food during the tour, and I’m happy to recommend local options along the way.
Are There Rest Stops Or Toilet Breaks During The Tour?
Yes. Rest and toilet breaks are planned throughout the tour, and additional stops can be arranged when needed.

Families & Accessibility

Are The Tours Suitable For Children Or Elderly Guests?
Yes. Tours can be adjusted for families, seniors, and different fitness levels. Please let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.
Are The Tours Wheelchair Or Stroller Friendly?
Some areas are accessible, while others involve steps or uneven paths.
