Simple & Clear Payment
Private tours are reserved specifically for you. A deposit secures your requested date and allows any necessary arrangements, including private transport, to be confirmed.
How Payment Works
30% Booking Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to secure your requested tour date and confirm your booking.
Your date is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Remaining Balance
The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
Payment instructions will be provided together with your booking arrangements.
Bookings Within 7 Days
If your tour is booked within 7 days of the tour date, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
When Is My Tour Confirmed?
An enquiry, quotation or discussion about a tour does not reserve your requested date.
Your booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and Singapore In A Day Adventures has confirmed the booking with you.
Until then, availability remains subject to change.
Payment Deadlines
If the required balance is not received by the stated payment deadline, Singapore In A Day Adventures reserves the right to release the booking.
This may include releasing any guide time, vehicle reservation or other arrangements being held for the tour.
Payment Methods
Available payment methods will be provided when your tour arrangements are confirmed.
Depending on the booking, payment may be made through an approved bank transfer, online payment service or card payment option provided by Singapore In A Day Adventures.
Currency & Payment Charges
The currency and total amount payable will be stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own international transaction, transfer or currency conversion charges.
Any additional payment charge applied directly by Singapore In A Day Adventures will be disclosed before payment is made.
Private Vehicle Reservations
Private car tours, airport layover tours and some customised tours may require a vehicle to be reserved specifically for your booking.
Once a vehicle has been reserved and payment or a financial commitment has been made to the transport provider, that cost may become non-refundable.
Additional Time & Services
Additional tour hours, vehicle time, attraction tickets, special arrangements or other services requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
Where possible, these costs will be advised and agreed before the additional service is provided.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Singapore In A Day Adventures Terms & Conditions.
Any non-refundable third-party costs already committed specifically for your booking, including private vehicle charges where applicable, may be deducted from any refund due.

Changes After Confirmation
Changes to the tour date, duration, number of guests, transport requirements or itinerary are subject to availability.
If a requested change results in additional costs, the difference must be paid before the revised arrangement is considered confirmed.
Before Making Payment
Please check your tour date, number of guests, tour duration, transport arrangements and total price carefully. Making the required payment confirms your acceptance of the booking arrangements and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
