Airport arrivals include 80 minutes complimentary waiting from the flight landing time. Hotel departures include 15 minutes complimentary waiting.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Up to two child seats can be arranged when requested in advance. Please provide the children’s ages and relevant details when enquiring.
What if we have a lot of luggage?
Please provide the approximate number and size of your bags, particularly if travelling with strollers or oversized items. Vehicle capacity depends on both passengers and luggage.
Can you arrange transfers for larger groups?
Yes. Larger vehicles or multiple vehicles may be arranged. Send your passenger and luggage numbers for a quotation.
Is there a late-night surcharge?
Transfers between 12:00am and 6:00am currently have an additional USD 10 surcharge.
