1. Deposit & Booking Confirmation
A 30% deposit of the total tour fee is required to secure your booking.
If you choose the Book Now, Pay Later option, no deposit is required. However, full payment must be completed 48 hours before the tour.
Once your deposit or full payment is received, we will send a booking confirmation. It will be sent via WhatsApp and email along with the invoice.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Payment methods for the balance include:
- Cash
- Card (credit/debit)
- PayNow
- As per the invoice instructions
3. Accepted Payment Methods & Typical Processing Fees

| International Bank Transfer | May incur bank or currency conversion fees |
4. Book Now, Pay Later Terms
With the Book Now, Pay Later option, your booking is confirmed immediately upon form submission.
Full payment must be made 48 hours before the tour.
If payment is not received by this deadline, the booking may be cancelled automatically.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
| More than 72 hours | Full deposit refund |
| 48–72 hours | 50% deposit refund |
| Less than 48 hours / No-show | Deposit non-refundable |
6. Damages & Extra Charges
Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle or equipment during the tour, including:
- Scratches, dents, or stains
- Burns or tears
- Loss or damage to child seats, GPS, or other provided equipment
Additional fees may apply for extended usage beyond the booked tour hours.
7. Acknowledgment
By completing the booking form and submitting payment, you confirm that you:
- Understand and agree to the deposit, balance, and payment schedules
- Accept the applicable processing fees for your chosen payment method
- Agree to be responsible for any damages as described above
- Acknowledge the cancellation and refund policy
- Have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions
