By booking any tour, transfer, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking. These terms ensure transparency and fairness for both you and our team.

1. Booking & Confirmation
- A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
- Your booking is secured once payment is received and acknowledged via email or WhatsApp.
- Unpaid bookings after 24 hours may be released to accommodate other guests.

2. Payments
We accept several convenient payment methods:
- PayNow / PayLah! (Local) — no fee
- Local Credit/Debit Card — 3% processing fee
- PayPal (Domestic) — 4% processing fee
- International Credit/Debit Card or PayPal — 4–5% processing fee + currency conversion charges
- Local Bank Transfer — no fee
- International Bank Transfer — may incur bank or conversion fees

Payment is due immediately from the invoice date, unless stated otherwise.

3. Book Now, Pay Later Option
For “Book Now, Pay Later” arrangements, guests will receive an invoice with payment instructions. Full payment must be completed before the tour commences.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Our full cancellation and refund policy is available under Payment Terms.
In summary:
- More than 72 hours before the tour: Full refund of deposit.
- 48–72 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours / No-show: Deposit non-refundable.
If Singapore In A Day Adventures cancels a tour due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., weather, safety, or vehicle issues), guests receive a full refund or reschedule option.

5. Amendments & Changes
- Requests to change the tour date, pickup time, or itinerary must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Changes are subject to availability and confirmation.

6. Liability, insurance & Safety
Every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Singapore In A Day Adventures and its partners shall not be held liable for any personal injury. They shall not be held liable for any loss or damage. They are also not liable for any delay or expenses incurred during the tour.
We strongly recommend that all guests buy comprehensive travel insurance before arrival in Singapore. This should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and personal accidents.
Guests join in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
7. Pricing & Inclusions
All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include local taxes unless stated otherwise. Tour inclusions are detailed in each package description.
Entrance fees, full meals, or optional add-ons may not be included unless specifically mentioned.
8. Photography & Media
Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be in any media, please inform your guide before the tour begins..
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. All personal data shared with Singapore In A Day Adventures will be used solely for booking purposes. It will not be shared with third parties without consent.
