• Departures: 15 minutes at the hotel lobby
Additional waiting is charged at S$10 per 15 minutes.
▸ Do you provide child seats and baby capsules?
Yes. Our Family-Friendly MPV includes 2 child seats (ages 1–7).

Baby capsules for infants (0–1 year old) are available upon request and subject to availability.
Add-on 3rd child seat: S$10.
▸ How many passengers and luggage can the MPV take?
Our MPV fits up to 4 passengers and 4 large suitcases comfortably. If you have more luggage or more than 4 guests, WhatsApp us for options.
▸ Is there a midnight surcharge?
Yes. Pickups between 0000–0600 include a small S$10 midnight surcharge.
▸ Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You may cancel or make changes up to 6 hours before pickup.
